Your new Players Club card can be used at any slot machine or table game at all SIGA casinos.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 in credits played on slot machines. 1,000 points = $5 in cash back. You do not earn points on free slot play.

Your account balance is displayed each time you insert your card into a slot machine. If you’d like to check your balance during play, simply remove and reinsert your card.

PIN stands for personal identification number. Because you can download points and free slot play at your machine, you need a PIN to access your balances. It is very important that you never share your PIN with anyone, just like your bank card PIN. If you ever forget your PIN, simply visit the Players Club desk to create a new one.

If you remove your card from the reader at any time during play, you will stop earning points for your play. Any unused free slot play will be credited back to your promo balance. Any cash balance remaining on the machine can then be played down or cashed out.

If you choose not to redeem your Players Club points, they will expire 18 months after the date on which they were earned. Free slot play offers placed on a Players Club card will expire at the end of the gaming day. The SIGA Players Club reserves the right to delete any member accounts that have been inactive for more than two years and any accumulated points will be forfeited.
